Fiery Tomato Noodles

The perfect fiery tomato noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Aside from that

  • 100 g Plant cream
  • 200 g Tomato paste
  • 1 Chilli pepper finely chopped, small
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 400 g Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp Plant cream
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • Parmesan
  1. Boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain in a sieve.
  1. Heat the vegetable cream in the pasta pot, add the tomato paste and sauté over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Crumble in the chilli pepper and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
  1. Mix in the noodle thoroughly and cover and keep warm. Rinse the shrimp, drain well and fry in the vegetable cream with the clove of garlic, turning over a high heat, for approx. 3 minutes. Mix in the chives, cut into rolls.
  1. Arrange on plates with the pasta. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese
