Fiery Tomato Noodles
The perfect fiery tomato noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Aside from that
- 100 g Plant cream
- 200 g Tomato paste
- 1 Chilli pepper finely chopped, small
- Salt pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 400 g Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Plant cream
- 1 Garlic clove chopped
- 1 bunch Chives
- Parmesan
- Boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain in a sieve.
- Heat the vegetable cream in the pasta pot, add the tomato paste and sauté over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Crumble in the chilli pepper and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
- Mix in the noodle thoroughly and cover and keep warm. Rinse the shrimp, drain well and fry in the vegetable cream with the clove of garlic, turning over a high heat, for approx. 3 minutes. Mix in the chives, cut into rolls.
- Arrange on plates with the pasta. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese
