makes 10 pieces

Trim the tough stems from the figs, finely dice the rest, and place in a bowl. Add the butter, Nutella, and cinnamon and knead everything well. Preheat a mini oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the desiccated coconut, oats, and lime juice into the fig mixture. Scoop out 10 small portions of the dough, flatten them slightly, and place them on a baking rack lined with a baking mat or parchment paper. Bake the cookies in the lower half of a hot oven for about 14-16 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the oven. Let the soft cookies cool completely after baking to prevent them from breaking. Makes 10 cookies.
