Figs with Goat Cheese Wrapped in Baked Serrano Ham, on Variety of Green Salads

Ingredients
 

For the salad:

  • 250 g Goat camembert
  • 10 NS. Serrano ham
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 100 g Arugula
  • 100 g Oak leaf salad
  • 100 g Lollo rosso
  • 100 g Lollo bianco
  • 50 g Mint leaves
  • 50 g Lemon balm leaves

For the dressing:

  • 150 ml Olive oil
  • 50 ml Raspberry vinegar
  • 25 ml Flower honey
  • 5 ml Crema di Balsamico

Instructions
 

  • Wash the figs and cut them in half, place half a fig on each finger-thick piece of goat camembert and wrap in a slice of Serrano ham. Repeat this 10 times.
  • Place the packets in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with a few flakes of butter and a few sprinkles of olive oil. Bake for approx. 8-9 minutes at 180 degrees above / below heat in the preheated oven.
  • In the meantime, pluck / cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, remove small roots and place in a colander. Wash properly and then spin dry thoroughly in a salad spinner.
  • Then prepare the dressing and mix the salad with the dressing. Take the ham packets out of the oven and arrange on a plate with the salad.
