Plum Crumble with Almond Sprinkles

The perfect plum crumble with almond sprinkles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Pc. Ovenproof glasses
  • 40 g Flour
  • 40 g Ground almonds
  • 40 g Powdered sugar
  • 40 g Soft butter
  • 200 g Preserved plums
  • 5 tsp Cinnamon sugar
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 3 Msp Vanilla sugar
  1. Knead the flour with the almonds, powdered sugar and butter to make crumble. Chill for an hour!
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection: 180 degrees). Drain the plums a little, cut them into small pieces and divide them into the glasses. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar over each. Spread the chilled crumble over the plums. Bake the crumble in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool down a bit.
  3. In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff and pour in the vanilla sugar. Serve the vanilla cream with the lukewarm crumble.
