  • 150 g Parmesan
  • 1 tsp mustard (Dijon)
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Basil and lemon thyme, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the figs into a star shape and press them together at the bottom so that the top opens like a flower. Place them on plates (2 pieces per person). Tear the ham into pieces and scatter it over the figs. Coarsely grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the top. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients together until it reaches a nice, thick, creamy consistency. Pour over the figs, sprinkle with basil or lemon thyme, and enjoy.
