dough

  1. Break the chocolate bars and let them melt, heat them in a water bath or in the microwave at 360 watts for 2.5 minutes, then let stand for 5 minutes. Then start stirring slowly until there are no more lumps. Take the whole cane sugar in a mixing bowl and add the butter at room temperature.
  2. Beat with the vanilla flavoring until frothy. Then fold in / stir in the four eggs one by one. Now add the melted chocolate and mix. Add the wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and the milk and mix everything together.
  3. Take a 22 mm ring cake tin and grease it. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Pour about two-thirds of the chocolate batter into the greased bundt cake pan. Pull up the chocolate dough so that there is an edge all around and a recess in the middle.

filling

  1. For the filling, put the two eggs, the whole cane sugar and the vanilla flavor in another mixing bowl and whip it up until frothy. Then add the low-fat quark and the vanilla powder and add or stir together. Then pour the filling into the well. Spread the rest of the chocolate dough on top and smooth it out.
  2. Put the whole thing in the preheated oven and bake for about 60 minutes. Make a wooden stick test, as every oven bakes differently, i.e. the baking time can vary. After baking, remove and cool slightly in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then turn out and let cool down completely.
