  1. Original “Panna Cotta” has been developed by Italian specialists for housewives and men who are enthusiastic about baking and desserts. This cream consists of a block, which is stirred up creamy in a bowl. It goes perfectly with fillings, cake creams, mousses or puddings. It is reduced in fat and has a long shelf life!

dough

  1. Put the butter, raw cane sugar, vanilla flavor, lemon zest in a mixing bowl and mix together. Separate the eggs. Add egg yolks and whip until frothy, set aside. Pour the snow cream into another mixing bowl. Beat with a whisk until there are no more lumps in it.
  2. Then place in the mixing bowl that was set aside. Mix everything together here too. Now beat the egg whites in a tall container until stiff. Add rum to taste, stir and then carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
  3. Now divide the finished dough. Take the chocolate out of the packaging, break it and melt it in a double boiler or microwave. Take another mixing bowl and add the divided batter and the melted chocolate. Mix the two together.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. For my simple marble tartlets, I used two oblong, rectangular baking tins. Slightly greased and laid out on a baking sheet with baking paper. First pour in the light-colored dough and smooth out.
  5. Pour the chocolate dough on top, spread smoothly. Marble with a fork. Then put in the preheated oven and bake for about 75 minutes. Please make a wooden stick test here, as every oven bakes differently and the baking time can vary.
  6. After baking, place on a plate and let cool slightly for about 10 minutes. Then carefully remove the baking molds and let them cool down completely. To make simple marble tartlets, I used a small oval cookie cutter.
  7. These cut out a total of nine times and then distributed on all dessert plates. For the * fruit salad I bought the fruit that is currently available! In other words: apples, pears, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, pomegranate seeds, bananas, tangerines, oranges, grapes, mango, plums, kiwi … cut into small pieces according to taste.
  8. Mix everything together and add to the simple marble tartlets with no frills on the dessert plates. Served with a white chocolate spoon.
