  • 1 pt. cookie(s) (egg cookies)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Spread the flat sides of the egg cookies thickly with cream cheese. Then, stick two cookies together. Briefly dip them in cream. Then roll them in coconut flakes. Let them sit for about 1 hour.
