Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 70 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- 500 g quark
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup sunflower oil, approx. 100 ml
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 500 ml milk
- Lemon flavoring (baking oil), a few drops
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 3 hours 25 minutes
Knead flour, butter or margarine, sugar, egg, baking powder, and vanilla sugar into a shortcrust pastry and line a 26cm springform pan with it. Raise a small edge. Preheat oven. Mix quark, sour cream, oil, sugar, pudding mix, egg, milk, and lemon oil well and pour into the springform pan. Bake for 1 hour at 175°C (350°F) top/bottom heat on the lowest rack. Let the cake cool in the oven.
