Filled Nutella Donuts
The perfect filled nutella donuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Cup Butter
- 200 g Flour
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 3 Pc. Egg yolk
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 240 g Butter
- 3 tbsp Nutella
- 1 Cup Chopped hazelnuts
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour to the butter and stir to form a smooth dough. Add eggs and stir until smooth.
- Pour the dough into a piping bag and squirt the dough rings onto a baking sheet.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a saucepan on low heat. Stir in corn starch. Stir in milk. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and allow to set.
- Add a pinch of salt, vanilla extract and butter. Add the Nutella and stir until smooth.
- Use a wooden stick to pierce a hole in each of the dough rings. Using the piping bag, inject the Nutella cream inside the dough rings.
- Decorate the top of the dough rings with Nutella cream and garnish with finely chopped hazelnuts.
