Filled Nutella Donuts

The perfect filled nutella donuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Cup Butter
  • 200 g Flour
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 3 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 240 g Butter
  • 3 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 Cup Chopped hazelnuts
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour to the butter and stir to form a smooth dough. Add eggs and stir until smooth.
  2. Pour the dough into a piping bag and squirt the dough rings onto a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a saucepan on low heat. Stir in corn starch. Stir in milk. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and allow to set.
  5. Add a pinch of salt, vanilla extract and butter. Add the Nutella and stir until smooth.
  6. Use a wooden stick to pierce a hole in each of the dough rings. Using the piping bag, inject the Nutella cream inside the dough rings.
  7. Decorate the top of the dough rings with Nutella cream and garnish with finely chopped hazelnuts.
