Wrong Mett
The perfect wrong mett recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 40 g Rice cakes
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 small Onion
- 1 small Chili sauce
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- 1 tsp Oil
- Roughly crumble the rice cakes and place in a bowl. Pour hot water over it and stir twice, pour off immediately over a sieve.
- Finely chop the onion and mix everything well + season to taste. Let it steep for at least 1 hour.
- At the beginning the “Mett” tastes a lot like tomato paste, but when it is pulled through it is really tasty.
