Wrong Mett

The perfect wrong mett recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 40 g Rice cakes
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 small Chili sauce
  • Salt, pepper, paprika
  • 1 tsp Oil
  1. Roughly crumble the rice cakes and place in a bowl. Pour hot water over it and stir twice, pour off immediately over a sieve.
  2. Finely chop the onion and mix everything well + season to taste. Let it steep for at least 1 hour.
  3. At the beginning the “Mett” tastes a lot like tomato paste, but when it is pulled through it is really tasty.
