- 1 pack of pizza dough
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- Salt
- pepper
- Sambal Oelek
- 1 egg(s)
- some tomato paste

Roll out the finished pizza dough. Then cut into 8 equal rectangles and let them rest for a while. In the meantime, preheat the oven to approximately 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Finely chop the onions and sauté them lightly. This ensures they’re cooked through and are easier to digest. Now mix the onions, egg, salt, pepper, and sambal oelek (amount depending on how spicy you like them) into the minced meat. Form oblong dumplings and place one on each rectangle. Roll the dumpling in the dough and twist in both ends. Place all the pizza dough balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread with a little tomato paste. Bake for approximately 40 minutes. A garlic dip goes wonderfully with them.
