Ingredients

Bacon sauce

  • 150 g Minced meat
  • 150 g Liver sausage
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 50 g Bacon cubes
  • 1 Onion
  • 250 ml Remaining gravy
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Finely dice the onions, fry in a little oil until translucent. Add the minced meat, salt and pepper, fry the whole crumbly and let cool.
  • When the mince has gotten cold, mix it with the liver sausage.
  • Now divide the dumpling dough into 4 portions, make a deep hollow in each portion and add a portion of meat. Close the whole thing tightly again and shape it into a round shape with damp hands.
  • Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil, add the dumplings, cook for a minute and let steep for another 25 minutes.
  • For the sauce, dice the onions and fry them with the bacon, then fill up with the gravy and simmer for about 5 minutes, season with sals and pepper.
  • The dish can be made very well with homemade dumpling, for me it is difficult to make dumpling because of my illness
