Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 275 g puff pastry, fresh, from the refrigerated counter
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 250 g processed cheese with herbs
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s) if desired, finely chopped
- possibly garlic

Unroll the puff pastry and spread with the herb-flavored cheese. Season the minced meat as usual with salt and pepper (optionally add some fresh garlic and a very finely chopped onion – but it works just fine without). Spread the minced meat on the puff pastry and then roll it up. Place the minced meat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place it in the oven. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
