Filled puff pastry parcels with turkey breast and cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 roll of topping dough
  • 70 g cream cheese
  • 12 slices of turkey breast
  • 2 slices of Gouda
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Cut the puff pastry into 4 strips. Spread half of each strip with a thin layer of natural cream cheese. Place 3 (or more) slices of turkey breast and half a slice of Gouda cheese on top. Fold the other half of the puff pastry over the strips and press the edges together with a fork. Beat the egg and spread it over the square puff pastry parcels. Bake in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes.
