Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g coconut oil, e.g. Palmin
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 ml oil, neutral, such as sunflower oil or rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for rubbing bread, cake and casserole dishes instead of expensive baking spray

Enough for approximately 20 uses. Warm all ingredients to room temperature. Blend in a blender or with an immersion blender until smooth. Pour into a screw-top jar and store in the refrigerator. It will keep for several months. Grease baking pans as needed. Breads made from ceramic pans, simple aluminum pans, Bundt cakes, and the like can be removed whole and residue-free after baking. A must-have in every kitchen!
