Ingredients

  • 4 Bananas
  • 1 splash Lemon
  • 30 Ice cubes
  • 200 g Mascarpone
  • 2 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp Calvados
  • 30 Mandarin fillets
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate sauce
  • 4 Mint leaves

Instructions

  • Cut the bananas lengthways, scoop out the banana flesh and place in a bowl. Prepare another bowl of ice water for the banana peels, put them in and add a squeeze of lemon to prevent the peels from turning brown.
  • In the next step, add the mascarpone to the bowl with the banana meat and mix with a hand blender. Now add the liquid whipped cream and stir well. Then add the calvados and stir in 10-20 mandarin fillets.
  • Next, pat the banana peels dry with kitchen paper and fill them with the banana quark mixture. Place 4 tangerine fillets on each half of the banana and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Finally, decorate the plate with a little chocolate sauce and a fresh mint leaf each.
