Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 125 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 cans of tangerine(s)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 pack of drink powder (C-fresh Orange)
- 1 bar of chocolate (Rittersport yogurt), sliced

Make a batter with butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, flour, and baking powder. Bake the batter in a springform pan at 180°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes. Once cooled, spread the smooth sour cream on top. Scatter the well-drained mandarins over the sour cream. Then add the whipped cream, whipped with C-frisch until stiff. Finally, sprinkle the shaved chocolate over the cream. The cake tastes best when refrigerated for a day.
