Chinese finger food with pork fillet – for 20 pieces

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the fillet into 20 thin slices and carefully flatten them slightly with a knife. Peel the onions and cut them into short pieces. Place the remaining ingredients in a heatproof bowl and mix thoroughly. Dip the fillet slices into the sauce and wrap a fillet slice around each onion. (The moisture from the meat will hold the rolls together.) Place in the soy mixture, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes. Braise in the oven (225°C, top/bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes, brushing with the sauce several times. Serve hot or cold.
