Filling for beef roulades

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 onions
  • 450 g diced ham
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, finely chop the onions, then add 2-3 tablespoons of oil to a pan. Sauté the onions over medium heat. Then add the diced ham and parsley. If you like, you can also season with various herbs.
