Filo Dumplings Indian

Lentil curry from my KB
- 2 Servings Http://Www..De/Rezept/498077/Linsen-Curry.Html
- 0,5 pack Filo pastry
- Sesame oil
- Sesame black
- Red curry powder
- Sea-Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 50 g Feta
- 1 tsp Dried coriander
Dip
- 60 g Yogurt
- 0,5 Lemon
- 1 tsp Honey
- 0,5 tsp Red curry paste
- For the dumplings, divide the filo dough into four parts and now brush 1/4 of it layer by layer with water and sprinkle with sesame oil, curry, salt and pepper.
- Put 1 / 4 lentil curry on top and crumble with feta. Sprinkle coriander on top and seal the packet.
- Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 10 minutes until golden brown.
Dip
- Refine the yoghurt with lemon juice and honey. Finally stir in a dollop of curry.
