Lentil curry from my KB

  • 0,5 pack Filo pastry
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame black
  • Red curry powder
  • Sea-Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 50 g Feta
  • 1 tsp Dried coriander

Dip

  • 60 g Yogurt
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 0,5 tsp Red curry paste
  1. For the dumplings, divide the filo dough into four parts and now brush 1/4 of it layer by layer with water and sprinkle with sesame oil, curry, salt and pepper.
  1. Put 1 / 4 lentil curry on top and crumble with feta. Sprinkle coriander on top and seal the packet.
  1. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 10 minutes until golden brown.

Dip
