Chilli Lard
The perfect chilli lard recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 tsp Chilli threads
- 1 Knife point Smoked peppers
- 300 g Pork belly bacon raw smoked
- Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry them in a saucepan over high heat until crispy.
- Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the chilli threads and smoked paprika. Pour into a fireproof bowl and let cool in the refrigerator.
- Serves as a delicious spread or to refine stews, soups, scrambled eggs, etc.
