Finchen's banana milk cream ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g banana(s), peeled and weighed
  • 250 g double cream
  • 100 ml sugar syrup (cane sugar syrup)
  • 300 ml milk
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

for the ice cream maker, egg-free

Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth and place in the ice cream maker for 45 minutes. The ice cream will now have a creamy consistency. If you prefer a firmer texture, return it to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
