Fine almond cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g almond(s), ground
  • 2 bags of chocolate coating, 100 g each
  • Sugar sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Gently heat the butter and melt it. Once cooled, cream the butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Add the ground almonds and finally sift in the flour and baking powder. Knead everything into a dough and chill for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface and cut out different shapes. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool, then cover with the chocolate coating and decorate with the sprinkles. P.S. I personally roll out the cookie dough very thinly and therefore need more chocolate coating. But 4 bags should be plenty. You can of course use ground hazelnuts instead of the almonds.
