Finest apple crumble cake with quark filling and cinnamon

Mix the first four ingredients into a crumbly dough. Spread two-thirds of the crumbly dough onto a greased springform pan. Peel the apples and slice them onto the base. Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture (the last two ingredients) over the apples. Prepare the filling from the margarine, sugar, eggs, quark, and pudding mix or cornstarch. Mix the ingredients with a mixer until smooth. Pour the filling over the apples. Then pour the remaining crumble mixture over the filling. Finally, sprinkle some more cinnamon and sugar mixture on top. Bake the cake at approximately 200 degrees Celsius for at least 45 minutes.
