Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

my favorite chocolate cake, super quick

Combine all ingredients in a bowl one at a time and mix with a mixer until a smooth batter forms. Now stir the chocolate cubes into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake tin. Bake for approximately 60 minutes. First, bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, then reduce the temperature to 160 degrees Celsius (please do the toothpick test!). If the cake is baked in a shallow tin, the baking time will be shorter, so do the toothpick test to be on the safe side! Another tip for the chocolate cubes: I’ve also used old, broken Easter bunnies or even diced chocolates; they always taste a little different!
