Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

makes 12 sweet rolls

Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces, form them into round rolls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. The rolls are delicious on their own or with butter and jam.
