Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter, soft
- 40 g sugar
- 25 g powdered sugar
- 225 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 tsp rose water
- Fat for the mold
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160°C and grease a 24cm springform pan. Knead the ingredients into a dough, then roll it out or press it into the pan with your hands. Prick the dough several times with a fork and press a pattern into the edges with the tines. Trace the pieces with a knife. Now place the springform pan in the oven and bake the dough at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-35 minutes until crispy.
