Fine eggnog stars

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp orange peel, grated
  • 180 g flour
  • 70 g cornstarch
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp eggnog
  • 150 g powdered sugar, sifted

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Make a dough from the listed ingredients and roll it out thinly. Cut out large and small star shapes. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes. Let cool. Mix the eggnog with the sifted powdered sugar. Spread it on the large stars, cover with the smaller stars and press down lightly, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
