Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 250 g shrimp(s) (frozen), cooked
  • 150 g smoked salmon slices
  • 3 spring onions
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 3 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for raclette

Thaw the shrimp, rinse, and pat dry. Halve the salmon slices. Trim and wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Mix the sour cream with milk, honey, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Layer the shrimp, onions, and salmon in the raclette pan and bake. Serve with the honey-mustard dip and, of course, serve with small boiled potatoes.
