Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slice(s) bread(s) , (mixed bread)
  • 1 tsp margarine
  • ¼ onion(s)
  • 30 g sausage (tea sausage, fine)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp chives, fresh, in rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Teewurst toast

Lightly toast 2 slices of mixed bread. Meanwhile, roughly dice the onion. Heat the margarine in a pan, then add the diced onions to the melted margarine. Spread the toasted slices with Teewurst and then ketchup. Place on a plate. Add the 2 eggs to the pan, season with salt, and place the fried eggs on top of the prepared slices of bread. Sprinkle with finely chopped chives and serve immediately.
