Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp, heaped blue poppy seeds, ground
  • 3 tbsp sugar or to taste
  • 100 ml cream, sweet
  • 1 pinch(s) of vanilla sugar
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 1 dashes lime juice
  • ½ pear(s)
  • 1 tbsp raisins or alternatively currants
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp water, about

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

For the compote, peel the banana and slice it into pieces, then drizzle with lime juice. Peel, wash, core, and dice the pear (if desired). Cook the banana and pear pieces together with the sugar, water, and raisins briefly in the microwave or in a saucepan for about 2 minutes. Everything should still be slightly firm to the bite. For the cream, whip the sweet cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the sour cream with the sugar and poppy seeds and fold in the stiffly whipped cream. Ladle the compote into glasses first, then the cream. Serve the dessert fresh.
