Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 175 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 250 g quark
- 250 g raisins
- 3 drops flavoring (lemon)
- 40 g candied lemon
- 40 g candied orange peel
- 125 g almond(s), chopped
- n. B. Rum
- 1 pinch of cardamom
- 1 tsp. allspice, ground
- Fat for the mold
- 50 g butter, melted, for spreading
- n. B. Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine the ingredients in a bowl in the order listed and knead thoroughly. Then pour the dough into a greased Stollen pan. Bake on the bottom rack of a preheated oven at 175°C to 185°C for approximately 70 minutes. While the Stollen is still hot, brush it with 50g of melted butter and sprinkle it thickly with powdered sugar.
