Fine Rice Salad

The perfect fine rice salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 70 g Long grain wild rice mixture
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Half chopped green onion
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 1 Carrot in cubes
  • Half a yellow pepper in cubes
  • Pepper salt
  • 30 g Any sausage (except salami)
  • 1 tbsp Core mix
  • 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
  1. Prepare rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cover and cook the carrot in the broth (200ml) for about 8 minutes, leave to cool. In the meantime, sauté the onion in oil. Briefly heat the peppers, pull them off the plate. Mix the cooked rice with the onion, carrot and a little broth. Fold in the ham and seeds. Season to taste with vinegar, salt and pepper.
