Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • some salt
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 10 sausages (Vienna sausages)

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

3 pizza pan baking trays for 12 mini pizzas each: Mix flour, eggs, salt, and milk into a dough. Then slice all the sausages. Place them in the greased baking trays and pour a little batter over them. Bake the sausages in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
