Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g butter / margarine
  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g almonds, not crushed
  • 1,000 ml milk
  • 300 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Egg-free

Melt the butter, add the flour and peeled almonds, stirring constantly, and sauté for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Place the milk in another pot on the stove; once it boils, add the sugar and let it melt. Gradually add the sugar-rich milk to the toasted flour, stirring constantly.
