- 250 g flour
- 200 g almonds, not crushed
- 1,000 ml milk
- 300 g sugar

Melt the butter, add the flour and peeled almonds, stirring constantly, and sauté for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Place the milk in another pot on the stove; once it boils, add the sugar and let it melt. Gradually add the sugar-rich milk to the toasted flour, stirring constantly. Notes: This is one of the sweets from Edirne.
