Fine zucchini with garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 tbsp, clarified butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, more or less if desired
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for raclette

Wash the zucchini and cut into very small cubes, peel the garlic and also finely dice it. Sauté the vegetables in clarified butter over medium heat until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt, pepper, and a little nutmeg. Tastes incredibly delicious in a pan with raclette and can be easily prepared in advance.
