Finely bitter cocoa-hazelnut spread without sugar

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g soft dates
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 ½ tbsp cocoa
  • 35 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 50 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with the sweetness of dates, reduced fat, suitable for Baby Led Weaning (BLW)

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor for several minutes. Then pour the spread into a jar and refrigerate. These ingredients yield approximately 250 ml of spread. The spread is rather thick. If you’d prefer it softer, you can add a little more water. You can find more sugar-free recipes on my profile.
