Finger Food: Lentil Meatballs
The perfect finger food: lentil meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Lentils red
- 300 g Bulgur fine
- 2 Spring onions fresh
- 2 Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Hot pepper paste
- Salt and pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Wash the lentils and boil them with 1/2 liter of water for about 15 minutes, then add the bulgur and let it steep.
- Chop the onion and bell pepper, fry in oil, then add the paprika powder and paste. Season with salt and pepper and add the lentil-bulgur mixture, season to taste and let cool.
- Add some olive oil, shape small oval meatballs with wet hands and enjoy with lemon and a leaf of lettuce (iceberg).
