Ingredients
 

  • 50 g Sour cream butter, frozen
  • 5 sheet Wild garlic
  • 1 tbsp Gran Padano cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 pinch Salt flavored
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

Wild Garlic butter:

  • Cut the butter into slices, sprinkle with a little grated cheese, pepper and salt and top with wild garlic, repeat several times and layer on top of each other as a block and cut off thin walls with the chef's knife.
