Ingredients
- 50 g Sour cream butter, frozen
- 5 sheet Wild garlic
- 1 tbsp Gran Padano cheese, grated
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 1 pinch Salt flavored
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
Wild Garlic butter:
- Cut the butter into slices, sprinkle with a little grated cheese, pepper and salt and top with wild garlic, repeat several times and layer on top of each other as a block and cut off thin walls with the chef's knife.
