Fire poppy pasta with salmon sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 500 g salmon (frozen)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • dill
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 100 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Thaw the salmon, then cut into cubes and drizzle with lemon juice. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the salmon, seasoning with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, bring the water for the pasta to a boil. Once the salmon is seared on all sides, add the sour cream and mix everything well. In the meantime, place the peas in a sieve, drain well, and add them to the salmon sauce. Season the sauce with dill, pepper, and salt to taste, then simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, let the pasta cook. Finally, add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce and simmer for about 3 minutes. Drain the pasta well and rinse with cold water. Serve on plates and drizzle with the salmon sauce.
