- 300 g Fish fillet white
- 1 size Cooked potato
- 2 Steamed carrots
- 0,5 Green pepper
- 0,5 Red pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp Chopped dill tips
- 1 Hard-Boiled egg
- 1 tsp Fish spice sh. KB
- White balsamic vinegar
- Lemon olive oil
- Mustard medium hot
- Seasoned Salt
- 1 tsp Arrabbiata
- Black pepper from the mill
- Place the prepared fillet in the perforated insert of a steamer, fill the pot with 1 liter of salted water and steam for 3 – 8 minutes, depending on the thickness. Remove the insert, let it cool and cut the fillets into pieces.
- Core the peppers and cut into strips, Peel the onion, cut in half and also cut into strips. Dice the boiled potato and carrot.
- Heat some oil in a pan, sauté the onions, garlic and paprika briefly, pour in some steaming water, stir in vinegar, oil, mustard and the spices and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together in a bowl and let it steep for about 1 hour at room temperature.
