Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 egg(s)
- e.g. breadcrumbs
- pepper
- some dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the smoked salmon into small pieces. Mix with egg, breadcrumbs (more or less depending on your preference), pepper, and dill. Then form into small balls and fry in oil or butter in a pan.
