Fish Fillet a La Husum

  • 300 g Carrots
  • 40 g Butter
  • 30 g Panko
  • 0,5 tsp Grated lemon peel
  • 1 tsp Horseradish fresh
  • 2 Stems Parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 260 g Cod fillets
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (circulating air 180 degrees). Wash, clean and grate the carrots. Grease a baking dish with a little butter (10 g.) And spread the carrots on the base. Grate 1 teaspoon of the horseradish.
  2. Finely chop the parsley. Thoroughly mix the butter (30 g), pancake crumbs, lemon zest, horseradish, parsley, a little salt and pepper.
