  • 4 Fresh fish fillet
  • 4 slices Gouda cheese
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dill

Instructions
 

  • Dab the fish fillets well. Then season with salt and pepper (on both sides).
  • Now sprinkle with dill. Place a slice of cheese on top.
  • Form a pocket and close it tightly.
  • Heat the oil in the pan.
  • Now add the fillet and fry on both sides.
  • Switch to a low flame and cover and simmer gently for another 5 minutes.
