Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 fish fillets, e.g. redfish, pollock,…
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- salt and pepper
- 200 g cornflakes
- 2 eggs
- n. B. Flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes
cleverly simple, even for children
Pat the fish fillets dry and drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble the cornflakes to the desired size. Coat the fish in flour, egg, and cornflakes and fry until golden brown. Serve with a simple salad. Kids also love chips.
