Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g butter, soft
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 kg of fruit of your choice (e.g. plums, apples, peaches…)
- 50 g almond(s), chopped
- Grease for the tray
Instructions

Knead all ingredients except the fruit and almonds until crumbly. Place half of the dough onto a greased baking sheet and press down. Top with fruit as desired. Stir the chopped almonds into the other half of the crumb dough and sprinkle over the fruit. Bake for approximately 50-55 minutes at 160°C (top/bottom heat).
