Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg fish (sea bream, halibut, haddock or ready-made fish fillets)
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • ½ cup(s) olive oil
  • 2 lemons
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Greek recipe

Peel and slice the potatoes. Clean and slice the fish. Place the fish pieces side by side in the center of a deep baking sheet and surround them with the potato slices. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with oregano. Then add the oil, lemon juice, and 1 1/2 cups of water. Bake the dish in the oven at 160°C for 1 hour.
