Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar or vanilla sugar
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 can peach(s), drained, collecting the juice
  • 1 pack of almond flakes
  • some sugar

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream with a hand mixer for 2 minutes until creamy. In another bowl, combine the quark with about 2-3 tablespoons of milk. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and fold in the cream. Stir gently, not for too long. Puree the peaches (with a blender or hand blender) and add 2-3 tablespoons of the peach juice. Toast the flaked almonds in a pan (without oil) with a little sugar until golden yellow. Now layer the quark cream, peach cream, and flaked almonds alternately in 4 glasses.
