Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g leaf salad, mixed or as desired
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • n. B. Dressing of your choice, homemade or ready-made product
  • 10 fish fingers
  • Butter or oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Fry the fish sticks, let them cool slightly, then cut them into 1-2 pieces. Wash and tear the lettuce into small pieces, finely slice the spring onion, quarter the tomatoes, and then mix everything together. Fold in the fish sticks, pour the dressing over the salad, and serve. Baguette goes well with the salad.
